1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Clicksora platform ("Service"), operated by Digital Marketing Blue ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Clicksora provides click fraud detection and prevention services for online advertising campaigns. Our Service includes:

• Real-time click fraud monitoring and detection
• Automated IP blocking and exclusion management
• Google Ads integration for IP exclusion syncing
• Analytics dashboards and reporting
• Device fingerprinting and behavioral analysis

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription & Billing

Our Service is offered under paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) unless otherwise specified
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• If payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent clicks or interfere with competitors
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

6. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Clicksora platform — including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Digital Marketing Blue. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicksora and Digital Marketing Blue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
